FAQ

Below are frequently asked questions to help you under how we work.

Please read our FAQs to answer some of your questions.

  • 1. What is digital marketing?

Digital marketing is an interactive way to attract, engage and convert clients online. For our agency, we utilize multiple channels such as user engaging content, web design, search engine optimization, social media, online advertising and much more.

  • 2. What is it like working with your agency?

We are a small to medium size agency so we personally know every client. You will be just another number with large agencies, this will not happen with us.  We respect and value every client so we work very hard to make sure all our clients are successful.

  • 3. What locations do you service?

Although a lot of our core business comes from the Florida market, we do have a lot of international clients. With the internet and access to technology such as video conferencing, our distance from clients is no longer a deciding variable in our ability to perform.

  • 4. How long will it take you to complete my website?

Our silver and gold packages typically take 6 to 8 weeks to complete. Our platinum package can take up to 24 weeks to complete depending on the project requirements and client response time.

  • 5. How much do you charge?

This is a difficult question to answer as every project is different. When we meet with prospective clients, one of our initial key steps is to identify their budget. Once we have the client’s budget range, we then adjust our strategy accordingly.

  • 6. What are your payment terms?

All our services involve an initial setup fee. Payment for this fee is 50% in advance and 50% upon completion. We can accept payments via Visa, Master Card, American Express, ACH transfer or wire transfer. Client payment details are never passed to or stored on our servers. Client sensitive data goes directly from our payment form to the payment gateway vault.

For monthly subscriptions, payments are processed on the 1st of each month or 1st Monday of each month depending on where the weekend lands.

  • 7. How do search engines rank websites?

The three primary factors that search engines use to rank sites are on-site content, technical site structure and backlinks from other sites. Search engines value authoritative sites with user-friendly relevant content.

  • 8. How can my site obtain organic links?

The primary way to obtain organic links is by generating engaging content that users will want to share. A good way to do so is by developing a great blog for example. Highly authoritative sites like Bloomberg typically link to sites with enticing content.

  • 9. How do you get followers?

There is no trick to our answer, it simply comes with hard work. We focus on generating valuable content via our social channels.  This creates interest in our content attracting followers.  We also focus on building relationships with strategic followers where we can collaboratively support each other to grow our respective businesses.

  • 10. Can you provide references?

Yes, we can provide references upon request.
